Sports anthropometry is the study of the relationship between human body dimensions and the specific sporting disciplines, taking into account the physique, body composition, bone dimensions and body mass of a given sport. The research team has developed a complex set of sports anthropometric measurements to determine with relative accuracy the expected adult height, biological development and body composition of childhood athletes. With the accumulated experience, the Department's staff can also help sports clubs and parents.
