The following services are available in the field of biochemistry and medicinal chemistry:

Liquid chromatography adsorbents
Mass spectrometry and chromatography measurements
Proteomic methods
The services are related to the following research areas

The institute's proteomics and chromatography laboratory has considerable experience in the protein analysis of complete biological systems, including human samples: extraction of proteins by gel electrophoresis and separation by chromatography, and identification of proteins by mass spectrometry
In addition to proteomic studies, metabolomic studies are important. A new, rapid, high-throughput mass spectrometry method allows the determination of the steroid profile of human biological samples without chemical modification of the hormone components.
In addition to the detection of steroid hormones, significant progress has been made in the mass spectrometric analysis of the pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP), which has wide-ranging biological effects.
In the field of chromatographic sorbent development, new silica gel-based solid core/porous shell based loadings have been developed, according to the needs of micro and nano chromatography. Solid-phase microwave energy assisted synthesis has been introduced to modify the surface of the charges, which not only represents a very significant solvent saving (green technology), but also results in sorbents with higher efficiency compared to the current (solvent) technologies.
Available infrastructure:

HPLC, nanoLC, UHPLC, MALDI-TOF/TOF, ESI (APCI)-IT MS, ESI (Chip)-QQQ MS, production/measurement capability
